- Holding tanks must be emptied before return unless an add-on is selected when confirming the quote or an additional charge of $125.00 will be withheld from the renter's deposit.
- No climbing on the roof.
- The powered awning is a non-insurable item. We ask that you avoid using the awning. If the awning is broken upon return, the cost to repair will be taken out of the renter's deposit.
- We provide a broom, dust pan, central vacuum, and cleaners. All guests must clean surfaces and floors before returning or a $75.00 cleaning fee will be charged.

Heath and his wife were AWESOME!! The unit was delivered and retrieved in the time frame agreed upon, it was clean and organized. They have a GREAT lighted rug that helped keep down on the bugs. Heath was very attentive to all correspondence. We HIGHLY recommend this unit.
