Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Sewage tank must be emptied before returning back to owner.
- Propane tank is not provided full but will have one for renter to be able to exchange.
- Only RV, 2 blankets and queen sheet set is provided, other amenities like plastic ware, toiletries, camping chairs etc will not be provided by owner.
- If assistance hitching is needed please notify owner before pick up
You can rent and stay at our rv park right of North 65 hwy with a nice size pond.
