James was incredibly responsive and made the entire process so easy. He even brought us more gas for the generator when we ran out. A/C worked great for getting our little one down for a nap with 90+ degree temperatures. This RV is big and the 2 single chairs are removable so there was plenty of room for a pack-n-play. Everything worked exactly as expected.

He responded quickly to all my questions when I made the reservation as well as during our rental period and the delivery and pick up couldn't have been easier.
