Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 30
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No festivals allowed. Forfeiture of entire deposit will result if this rule is broken.
- All Jan 1 - April 20 bookings require pick up & drop off times after 5pm if pick up or drop off day is not Sunday. Pick up the night before with insurance added will typically be allowed if requested.
- Jan 1 - April 20 delivery not available unless the booking is from Sunday to Sunday.
- $500 pet deposit will be added if a dog will be in the trailer. This is just a deposit to cover potential damage. Unauthorized pets in trailer will result in loss of entire deposit.
- $200 dump fee added if trailer is not returned with empty tanks. It is your responsibility to verify the tanks are empty. Check the sensors and look down the toilet to confirm.
Trailer must be returned in the same condition as when you picked it up. Additional cleaning charges may be applied if excessive cleaning is required. Minimum cleaning fee of $100 if returned without proper cleaning and additional $50 per hour thereafter. If trailer is returned w...
