Great RV and overall experience with Cole.
We initially had an issue with the water heater that resolved on its own, but Cole was very responsive to our issue and helped to diagnose, including offering to cover the cost of repair and a trip discount! Also he was very flexible by allowing us to extend by one day during the trip.
I would definitely rent through Cole again.
This r v worked perfectly for us. We took it to the desert and it had the heat that we needed and also tons of Storage space. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was very nice and hot. Dealing with Cole was a pleasure. He was super available and also very flexible and accommodated our pickup request. This was our first rental through RV share and it was a great experience.

Cole was an incredible hosts, answered all our questions and helped get us ready for our trip. Communication was clear, timely and pleasant. We got stuck for an extra day due to weather conditions and Cole was understanding and easy to work with through the whole experience.
