I have been around RVs and have hauled many trailers throughout my life. However, this was my wife and I first RV trip to Pismo Beach (300 miles). Michael was great. He is very detailed and his instructions were explicit. Also, he had a home made instruction manual with pictures to use as a reference.
We had the pleasure of working with Michael on this rental!! 5-star rating on everything! We will most definitely rent this trailer again!
Had a great first time towing experience by renting a trailer from Mike. During pick-up, I was given a very thorough overview of how to set up and use all of the amenities this trailer has to offer. Mike was very detailed and provided a binder full of instructions which proved to be very useful during the trip. The trailer was clean and Mike was very flexible to work with.
