We were blamed for a fold out bed which screws in both sides of the bed were different. The size of the hole did not match the screw. We notified the owners and the messages were not replied to. Once it was delivered, it was just an act. Getting blamed for anything they found. These renters definitely are scammers. I do not recommend using them . They are still trying to bill me for anything.
Had a blast! Ricardo was very helpful. Trailer worked great! Everything you needed to have a great experience was provided! Great weekend at Lake Jennings using Ricardo’s trailer!
