The RV was great and Paul was very responsive to questions regarding the generator and the workings of the RV. The RV was clean and kept in great condition. All perfect made for an excellent stay at the beach!
I rented the RV because it was suitable for my family and it was nice. The photos was taken a year ago that is on the page, and the RV did not look like the photos. There was a lot wear and tear’s. The seating was damage with wood sticking out, and looked like a dog was chewing on it and they tapped it with clear tape.
I'm sorry to hear you felt your experience didn’t meet expectations. However, I want to clarify that this review is misleading. At the time of delivery, a full walkthrough was completed and no issues were brought to our attention. The renter accepted the RV in person, and condition photos were uploaded for documentation.
RV was picked late causing an extra campsite fee, he originally replied apologizing offering to credit then stopped responding
Sorry again for the late pickup, there were some issues outside of our control that contributed to the delay. Just to clarify, we did cover the extra campsite fee by paying the campground directly. The credit you mentioned was supposed to come from them, which from my understanding, it did.
Paul was awesome, drop off was early and prompt and pickup was just easy. I would happily rent from Paul again. Thanks for letting us create more camping memories with my family in your trailer.

rental was great we had no issues. paul was extremely helpful explaining everything. He helped us hook the trailer up to the truck. rental was as advertised. 10/10 recommend!!
