Communication with Michelle was a breeze. Response was quick and the help received, when needed was very much appreciated. We wished we had more direction about leveling this bad boy (and full disclosure, we didn’t ask because it didn’t greatly affect our experience other than the fact that the bathroom drop swung open anytime you opened it).
Communication was great. Pick-up and drop-off were smooth. RV ran well.
Pros: Great value, everything as described, fast responsiveness, included bbq, kitchen stuff, bedding, towels.
Cons: RV was a bit beat up for 3 yr old one (100k miles), but it's a rental so I understand. Battery died when we left hazard lights on for 15mins. Michelle was tough to talk to accusing us that we left the key in the ignition (off) that is causing battery drain!?
This RV was perfect for our trip. We were dry camping at the beach and the large tanks were very helpful and solar for the lights. RV was delivered and picked up at great times and Michelle was always available for questions. Excellent!!
Michelle and Scott were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns making this a positive experience. I would definitely rent from them again.
Michelle was very pleasant to speak with. There was plenty of communication from her throughout the whole process. The rv was comfortable and accommodated 7 people. Would definitely rent an rv from Michelle again!
