The trailer was nice, but there were several broken items (awning, screen door, main door wouldn't fully close without first fully pulling up the steps).
Lacey also asked me to sign a separate 10-page waiver at the time of pickup detailing additional liabilities and cleaning fees.
This is the 3rd year we have rented this camper. We are highly satisfied with every aspect of the experience!

Lacey and Arnold were always very helpful, they delivered the trailer as agreed, communication was perfect, they even helped us over the phone in a necessary situation during our trip. We definitely recommend!
We rented from Lacey and her husband for 4th of July weekend. This was our first experience with camping and we weren't sure what to expect. Lacey made it very easy for us and the camper was beautiful. Having them drop it off and pick it up was so helpful for us, and we would rent again in a heartbeat.
Renting this RV was a seamless process and there is always excellent communication. The RV was delivered and picked up in a timely manner. We had a great trip and would rent again!
