Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Dog permitted at additional cost of $25/night. Maximum weight of 40 lbs.
- Renter can park their vehicle in our driveway for the duration of the rental without charge.
- Personal clean up is expected. This includes sweeping/vacuuming out of van, emptying and cleaning of cassette toilet (can be dumped in regular toilet), and emptying trash.
