Russell was great with everything. He set everything up for us which was huge!
Russell was great to work with. He had the camper setup before we arrived and it was exactly what we hoped for. He had a ton of amenities, and really set us up great. Master bed was very comfortable and our kids loved the good size bunk beds. Fold out couch took 30 seconds to setup one night that we had an additional guest. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
We had a great time staying in Russell's camper - it was exactly as listed, he had it set up well for us, and he had it stocked with just the right amount of misc things you might need (extra paper towels, salt & pepper, etc). The beds were all comfortable, and we slept well in there for 5 nights.
It's been an amazing experience, renting from Russell from start to finish.
He delivered it to Normandy Farms for no additional cost, so that was a huge plus.
He was always proactive in communicating with us and asking for our preferences, etc.
I met him at the camp site. Russell was open to explaining how he set the camper up, as I wanted to see and learn for myself.
