I would rent this RV again. Overall this was a very good experience!

Honestly, have never left a poor review in m my life but the entire experience was suboptimal at best. We landed at Logan airport at 12:10 with plan to pick up the rv at 13:00. There was a truck that caught on fire on the highway so we arrived via uber at 13:25. They said that was too late and then made us wait till 16:00 to pick it up.
Thank you, Aaron, for your review. I wish you had communicated any issues during the pick-up. You arrived 30 minutes late, which delayed delivery by three hours. You also changed the pickup location on the delivery day, requiring us to coordinate with our driver again.
Marie and Jay were flexible, accommodating and friendly. The RV was as described. Everything worked well and it was easy to drive. I highly recommend. I'll be calling them the next time I take one of these trips.

Overall the RV rental experience was good. The only issue was that the awning on the RV had been damaged by a previous renter and was missing.

We did send you picture of the missing awning, and informed you about the incident where one of our renters damaged the awning. Then, stated parts were ordered for repair and everything is secure and safe. In the meantime, we and another renter used a very comfortable and pleasant tent on our most recent camping trip.
We had a wonderful adventure in this RV! It was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Marie was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. The drop off and pick up options were very convenient. We would definitely recommend this RV to other travelers. Thank you!
