Michael could not be more helpful sharing his knowledge and experience with his beautiful RV! Not only did he walk us through everything, such as emptying tanks, monitoring levels, stabilizing, how to use thermostat, opening/closing slides and more, he even created tutorial videos of individual tasks. His communication was outstanding as well.
Michael was a great owner, easy going, provided instructional videos before the trip started, and communicated well. Walk through it in detail on the day you pick up the RV, stress free. The RV was as described clean and well maintained, would definitely rent this RV again.
Just returned from an amazing vacation in this RV, Michael was fantastic from start to end, providing instructional videos prior to collection, which was a great help for us first time RVers. On day of collection again Michael went through everything extremely thoroughly, making it a stress free experience.
Michael and Kathy were amazing!! I had a personal issue, that I won't get into, but Michael was more than understanding about it! People like him are very rare these days, just a great person! The motorhome was clean, everything worked as it was supposed to, and so many amenities. He explained everything very well and thorough, without coming off condescending. I very much recommend them!
I can’t speak highly enough of our experience in renting this RV. The owner is diligent in his explanations of how to work everything, including extensive videos (which come in handy when trying to recall onsite) and a comprehensive one-on-one walk-through on the day of rental. He even makes himself available by phone for the length of your trip if you have any problems.
Nice coach with thoughtful layout and comfortable sleeping options. Smooth to drive. Great communication both around pickup/orientation and while traveling.
