Minimum renter age of 30
No pets allowed
No smoking allowed
-Renter/driver must be 30 years old. Exceptions for CDL holder. Any exception requires written approval before booking is finalized
Vehicle GPS monitored 75 mph max , 70 mph optimal
(Penalty for over speed/unsafe driving- see add on/fees) At 14,500 lbs, this vehicle requires careful and conservative driving habits.
-General use: No walking the roof, do not attempt repairs, avoid brush and branches, allow for tail swing during turns, always check clearances above and on the side to avoid damage charges to SD.
-NO off road use, including ruts, mud, soft ground. Low ground clearances and ruts can damage components underneath or cause it to get stuck, bringing expensive towing/recovery services
Leveling Jacks & Tires. Never lift jacks to the point that tires leave the ground. Use wheel blocks to make the initial level. NOTE: Tire damage and flats are your responsibility during the rental
RV will be parked in the backyard. Sewer hookup and power will be provided on site along with a fire bowl.

A fee to cover the cost of a professional steam cleaner to remove the odor from fabric and camper
Dookie Fee - $200
You may choose to have me empty and back rinse the waste holding tank for this fee. If you fail to empty and rinse the waste holding tanks, you will incur this fee against your security deposit.
Exterior Wash Fee - $100
The camper should be returned free of mud, major bug splatter and road grime. You may pay this fee and I will wash it. OR, stop at a Truck wash or self serve wash. DO NOT spray high pressure water close to window or storage bay seals.
Comforter Upgrade - $40
Your rental includes freshly cleaned sheets for the queen bed, bunks, jack knife sofa, and dinette bed conversion. You may opt to upgrade and have the camper fitted with 1 queen comforter and up to 4 twin comforters for each sleeping location.
LP Gas Fee - $50
The LP tank must be full upon return. You may pay this fee if you want me to top it off upon return. This fee will be assessed if you fail to return the tank full. It will cover the cost of LP plus the time taken to refill.
