Rv was great had an amazing trip to Vegas super spacious inside. Rv had some great amenities and super easy to haul and set up. Paul was great and communicated throughly with any questions I had along my trip definitely looking forward to renting an RV from this renter again.
Where do I being? It’s almost impressive how bad this trailer has been let go. 3 years to go from new to destroyed. Exterior damaged in several places, tires bald, both door locks pretty much inoperable- neither will close properly from the inside-front won’t lock and rear didn’t come with functioning key.
Hi Robert, thanks for the review I appreciate all reviews positive or negative. We do our best to keep the RV in the best possible condition, unfortchantely wear and tear is normal and no matter how hard we work at keeping the appearance up, it's going to get minor cosmetic damage as it is being rented it out.
Saved our vacation for the Grandkids
Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. As renting RVs is not cheap, I did expect a little more effort put into it then what I was given. Very low communication and not punctual with time at all. The couch was broken and mattress very thin it hurt to even sleep on. The place where we went I had another option to rent a cottage or RV space and with this rental I wish I would of chose the cottage.
Mandi attempted to get a refund of her rental fees by doing a dispute with RV Share, which was found in my favor... She used the RV the entire trip and never once reached out to me regarding any issues or concerns, until after the RV was returned at which point she demanded a refund because " the mattress was uncomfortable".
Great extra bedroom for the holidays
Paul is a great owner that works with the renter in many ways. I will rent from again in future.
