I would definetly rent again. Owners went through everything at pick up which was great. Everything worked in RV with no issues. I will say though, that I dropped off the rv cleaner then I received it. Other than that great experience.
The RV did not have an awning to help with shade in very hot weather. The refrigerator did not work when plugged into the campground power outlet. The only why the refrigerator works is by running the generator and cant not run after hours. The charge to run the generator is $ 3.00 per hour after 24 hours free.
I give 5 start to the host but 3 start to the RV. The RV drives OK, but the inside need maintenance. There are leaking pipes, one of the window can't be opened, door screen can't be locked, leaking roof, and etc. The good thing is that the host communicates well and provided temporary solutions.
Yujun was a pleasure to work with, gave us a great tour of the RV, and answered lots of questions I had ahead of time since we were flying into SFO and had to bring everything with us.
The RV is great. It fit our entire family and then some. It was clean and Yujun was awesome and very flexible. He explained everything so well and made sure that we knew how to avoid getting into an accident. We will definitely be back.
Really enjoyed the trip and Yujan was SUPER easy to work with! Very responsive during the rental process and answered all my questions in a timely manner. RV was as advertised and had no issues at all during our five day adventure travelling up steep and curvy terrain from Monterey to Big Sur to Yosemite and San Francisco.
