We were virgin RV-ers and appreciated all the guidance from Paul and Julie who were quick with their responses. The pick-up and drop-off at the airport and the grocery delivery option made it super convenient. The wifi and access to so many streaming subscriptions kept our kids well entertained and happy campers (pun intended).
Paul and Julie made our experience very enjoyable. We would go with them again.

Everything about the motor home was awesome. The only thing that we needed was food because everything else was already in place. Super clean and it smelled clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The RV was ok but they are trying to charge about USD 5 K due to damages which I don't recognize. These are several minimum scratches. If you are planning to rent this RV be aware of this.
Thank you for taking the time to write valuable feedback. Unfortunatly this renter damaged the RV - We confirmed damages with pre-departure pictures and return pictures. Renter is upset claim was submitted as the damages were greater than the deductible. The warning for future renters to be aware that if they damage the RV, they will be responsible is helpful, thank you.
Julie and Paul were great to work with! They picked us up from the airport and dropped us off. They had a quick response when we had a question. The RV was loaded with everything we needed!
We took a family trip, 4 adults and 2 children for 12 days.
Cleaning and pick up were excellent.
From the moment of delivery, the generator never worked.
After 2 days we began to have problems with the slide, to the point that on day 6 it stopped working when it was open. It was quite a problem, RVShare never responded, we had to get a mechanic ourselves to be able to continue with the trip.
Things break on RV's all the time. We are sorry for the extra stress and inconvenience it caused. We came to agreement on the discount amount and I also paid for the mechanic. I'm sorry you no longer feel it was sufficient. As for fuel, we gave it to you with a full tank, but you gave it back with 3/4 tank.
