We had never rented an RV before, nor are we experienced campers, but everything was so well communicated and laid out for us that we didn't have any issues or concerns after picking up the RV and heading to our campsite. The RV itself was well organized, very clean, very comfortable, and most importantly, very fun.

The rental was fantastic -- met all our needs. We were "dry camping" without any hookups. Super comfortable and quiet generator operation. LP mode for the refrigerator kept all our food and drinks perfect. Driving it was very comfortable. The user manual is a great tool! Helped both with setup and breakdown of camp to be sure we didn't miss anything.
