Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Smoking and drugs use is prohibited inside camper. (cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vape)
- No raw fish transported inside RV fridge. No cooking seafood or the use of heavy odor spices inside RV. Failure to follow above rules renter agrees to forfeit $1,500 security deposit.
- Training on how to use the awning will be conducted in person or video.
- Failure to put awning down during a wind storm, or left unattended and damage is caused, or any damage caused by operator error, renter agrees to pay for the cost of replacement and or repair.
- Expense will be taken from security deposit, if repair bill is greater than security deposit renter will pay the difference.

Any post trip fees incurred, including overages for mileage or generator use, are subject to an administrative fee and any taxes required by law.
