We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend in the Mallard camper. Jamie and Matt made sure everything was perfect and ready for us.
This was our best experience using RV share to date. Jaimie was very responsive to questions and their YouTube video was great to watch before renting. The trailer was well equipped with everything needed to make set up and take down simple. Matt had the hitch and anti sway bars that do not always come with rentals. It was a good weight to pull behind our Toyota Tacoma.
I had a wonderful experience renting from Jamie. The owners communicated clearly and were flexible with pickup and drop off times (within constraints of other rental agreements). They were responsive with questions I had even while on the road. They, also, checked in to make sure everything was going well.
Jamie and Matt were thorough when going through the camper at pick-up.
The camper was perfect for our needs, clean, well kept and prepared for set up and any emergency contingencies! Jaime and her family went above and beyond for our last minute reservation. Great experience!
