Me and my wife had a great time, we loved the RV . We had problems with the engine oil that suppose to be changed and the air conditioner that didn't work properly. What was uncomfortable was communicating with Mario. Allways unclear whenever we needed help.
Overall, I would rent again!
PROS:
- comfortable bed (most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in on a RV!
This was a great start at pick up, then as we got to our destination, 100 miles away and get our came set up, after a long day of pick up, travel and set up. The RV did not supply hot water on its own. The water pump was not big enoigh to make the water heater work and produce hot water. We contacted the owner immediately and he was not helpful at all.
Great experience renting this from Mario. Very friendly and easy to work with on pickup and drop off. Everything worked as advertised, my fam had a great time in this RV.
For our first time ever renting and driving an RV, this was good for this experience but not at the value. The communication with Mario was great throughout. He was flexible when it came to pick up and drop off. He explained the use of the RV and took my husband out on a test drive. The RV was well equipped especially in the kitchen with pots, pans, toaster and coffee maker.

I will update my pictures thanks the slide out has given us some trouble that is why the floor was torn out I have scheduled to take apart the complete slide out to get to the root cause I promise if you rent again the slide out will work properly and I am sending the furniture re-upholstered

I do not recommend renting this RV. It is old, smelly, and dirty like a filthy motel. The Amenities did not function properly and easy to break down. I could not believe that they charged me $80 for the interior cleaning fee to living in the filthy RV.
This RV interior had been beat up very badly even it is a 2018 vehicle. The pictures from the app were misleading. It must be taken years ago.
The Renter said if I charged him for the Refrigerator button that he would give me a bad review, after we inspected the refrigerator the renter was not at fault therefore I did not charge him for the refrigerator repair he wrote the review before I notified him that the refrigerator was not his fault and upon return the refrigerator was working.
