This was our first time ever renting an RV so granted, we are fairly experienced. The RV was OK, it ran great, got good gas mileage, the air conditioner and heater worked fine and the bed was comfortable. However, the RV itself was somewhat trashed.
Thank you for your comment, Jerry. You are a first time renter so you are fairly experienced? Kind of confusing....sorry! Scrapes and dents happen frequently every year. It takes us about three months to fix stuff like that so we try to get it done in the off season if they are not too much of an eye sore. Believe it or not, tables, radio dials, skylights, bathroom fans, etc.
This was our first time renting an RV and we had an excellent experience. Sean was very friendly and helpful during the pickup and Karen was there for any questions we had during our trip. The RV drove great and had everything we needed. We would definitely rent from them again!
The RV was a good value, it ran great, it was a great size for two people, easy to park and drive. The check in and check out process was easy and convenient.

This is a terrible RV. Many things were broken or dirty. No hot water. Owner tried to send a repairman but it was clear that this unit has never been serviced or maintained.
The renter had problems with her water heating that had gone bad during the last two days of her trip. We tried to send a person to go fix it but they needed to get a part which was had a two week back order date.
