Great! Easy to deal with and everything was as promised! Highly recommend!
We had an RV secured for our Labor Day weekend getaway months in advance with another owner and 6 days before departure it was in an accident causing us to scramble for another one. I reached out to Eugene and he replied instantly putting our minds at ease that we would have an RV for the weekend after all. The RV was perfect for my me and my husband.
Eugene was very nice, and gave a good explanation of how the Winnebago operates.
He did not tell us though, that we were responsible for cleaning the outside of the RV, upon return, or we would be charged an additional $300. until we picked the vehicle up from his home.
Oh Barbara, I am so disappointed in your review. First off, you knew about the step prior to your arrival, and I provided portable steps for you just in case. Like most RV rentals you must return the rv clean (interior and exterior). I charge for my time cleaning your mess, it was returned clean and I did not charge you.
Overall it was a good rental. However, the stairs to the RV did not work. I was advised at pick up it may not work and was provided with a stool step that was stored under the RV for me to get out of the RV, go around, retrieve it and set it up for the passengers to get out. I was also told how to “help” close out the awning because it did not close correctly as it should.
I’m sorry Jose that your experience was not as perfect as expected. But I would like to address some of your comments:
1.The stairs were relayed to you weeks before your rental, I could have cancelled your reservation but you stated it was okay to continue.
2. The paperwork clearly stated, the rv must be returned in the same condition prior to the rental, that means full of fuel, and propane.
PHENOMENAL ALL AROUND!!!!
This RV is amazing and very clean. Eugene (the owner) really takes good care of it and keeps upgrading it. He was very nice and helpful, explained everything very through. Recommendation: Take some notes if you are not an experienced RV user, like us ;-)
The RV was very comfortable for 3 of us. Huge plus that it has solar power so you don’t need to use the generator for everything!
