Everything was great! Emalee setup the RV, provided all the amenities and made sure that everything was perfect for our stay. She surprised us by decorating for my daughter's 9th birthday and prepared a gift basket for her. The RV is immaculate and was comfortable. Highly recommend!
The RV was great. Very new and nice. Came complete with everything you would need. Easy rental experience and owner was very helpful on explaining how everything works. Would definitely rent this RV again.
Motorhome is nice in appearance and amenities. Problem found after driving in the freeway and have a bumpy experience. Tiles attached to wall stove fell and sticky holder for phone. The bad trip was followed by the return of the vehicle where Kathleen met us instead of the owner. Mentioning damages that was already there like the stair bracket welded to the MH sticking out.

Sorry to hear your first experience driving an RV did not live up to your expectations. Although our coach has upgraded shocks and suspension just like all vehicles sometimes the ride can vary depending on the road conditions.
