Jeff was very friendly and response time was fast. The ad lacked pictures and information on what the trailer provided, but once I spoke with Jeff, he gave me all the information I needed. He even made sure our vehicle was able to pull the trailer prior to purchase. The trailer was nice and comfortable for our family of 8.
