From the start to the finish the experience was wonderful. Viola is an excellent host and her time and explanation of the various rv equipment was complete. She was wonderful, excellent communication.
This was our first RV we rented. The owners were great, easy to work with. The RV was well prepared before our pick-up date, cleanliness, operative and the frig was pre-cooled. Viola went over all aspects of the RV inside and out during the pick-up. I was almost overwhelmed by all the details.
I was more than pleased with every aspect of renting this RV. Everything was simple to understand, very clean, and very well maintained. Viola was wonderful with any question I had. Very happy and looking forward to our next trip.
