Communication was lacking from the beginning. We called Jessica a couple times prior to picking up the camper with questions concerning the rental. Jessica seemed short with answering questions, and did not elaborate on anything. When someone rents a camper it usually means they are not too familiar with its amenities or all the ins and outs of the camper.
This review and it’s inaccuracy is very saddening. It really undercuts the time I spent explaining functionality during the walk through as well as assisting you with all of your questions you had prior to and along the way. I’m sorry your experience wasn’t what you had hoped for. Other than being there to do everything for you, I don’t know what more I could have done.
We had a very positive experience renting from Jessica and this was our 2nd time! Great communication, great pick-up and drop-off, all around great experience!
