This rental experience was top notch, great communication, great RV, this was an easy 5 stars!
Nothing worked in the RV and it wasn't properly serviced or maintained before renting it out. We had nothing but problems the whole time. Generator wouldn't work and we were left in 120 weather with no AC, while trying to trouble shoot it ourselves. Jacks got stuck down and had to call roadside assistance to have it serviced in order to get them working again - $1K repair.
Really nice RV and so glad that we rented from Luis. The RV was really easy to drive, and our family had a very relaxing vacation in it. Pick up and drop off was very simple, and Luis went through all the vehicle operations in detail.
Luis responded promptly when the RV we had rented had to be canceled at the last minute. He explained everything and was easy to communicate with. Great experience in a beautiful RV.
The RV was in excellent conditions. Luis was very helpful throughout the whole process. He even drove to my house to explain how the cameras worked! I can only say this experience was great and the RV was top notch. We hope we can do it again.
The RV was awesome, everything worked inside and out and it drove very nicely with no problems. My wife and I were very pleasantly surprised. I was given the full scoop on how the RV operated from stem to stern by Luis and his friend George. Although not the fault of the owner, the most stressful part of the 5 day trip was the pick-up and the drop-off.
