The trailer was as advertised. We switched to delivery which made everything really easy. A little confusion about the propane tank which resulted in a very cold first night; however, it was worked out the next day. Very few amenities. Would have been nice to have at least one frying pan. Communication prior to renting was almost non-existent.
Hi Leslie, I do my best to respond ASAP, unfortunately, sometimes it takes a day or so to get back, especially over the weekends or holidays. You did have numerous questions prior to your departure, all of which received a response within a timely matter.
The whole experience was horrible! I rented the RV over 5 months in advance. Was supposed to check in on Wednesday at our campground. As I was driving there I got a text message from Paul stating there was an issue with the slide out. I had to wait at the campground until 5:30 when he then called me and said he couldn’t deliver the Rv because it was being worked on still.
We enjoyed our trailer very much!!! This was a great trailer!!! Everything was very clean. We had the trailer delivered at Doheny Beach. Paul was always available to answer any of our questions. We will be renting from Paul again in the near future!!
Great trailer. The trailer we were supposed to rent had mechanical issues. Paul went to great lengths to get us a replacement trailer for our trip. The trailer was clean and had a great floor plan. We would rent from Paul again.
Awesome trailer and Paul was great to work with. Paul dropped off and picked up trailer at our campsite, showed us how everything worked, super easy. Would recommend.
