Before renting, I asked myself: How bad this 5 years old RV can be? After renting, the answer is: as bad as a 20 years old, poorly maintained RV.
Great experience with Paul. He’s communicative and friendly. We experienced some minor issues with the RV on our trip but were resolved. RV was in good condition and all the components worked as expected. Would rent from Paul again!
It started with the RV not being available as contracted. It was still rented out, we had to wait over 14 hours for it, losing a full day which messed up our schedule and paid reservations. Paul promised to compensate for the lost day in writing, which he never did. When we finally drove off around 10 pm that evening, the RV was in bad shape. Pictures on RVshare must have been taken years ago.
I had a great experience with Paul & Caroline. The RV was comfortable and easy to use. Good communications, comprehensive instructions for pick-up, great arrangements for both handovers. Will use again.
