Its Fully Loaded, which includes bluetooth stereo, backup camera for ease, and a slide on the drivers side that expands the living and kitchen area.

Very clean and comfortable motorhome.
What an exceptional experience. The RV, Karen, the trip... Everything was awesome. I'll admit that as a first time RV'er, embarking upon this adventure was a little intimidating at the outset. However Karen's orientation was very enlightening and commanding the vessel quickly became second nature. The only downside to our trip was it's brevity. We could have easily enjoyed a week or more.
This is the second time we've rented an RV to do a road trip. Our first experience with another company four years ago was great. But this time there were issues, and I would not recommend renting this Thor Chateau.
But first, I will begin with the positives. The owner was very accommodating with our pick up and drop off times.
Thank you for the feedback! I will look into some things that I can make improvements on! I would have appreciated having this feedback at the time of RV drop off when discussing the DAMAGES that YOU caused.
Everything was exactly as I expected. The RV was loaded with all the little things you forget you need for camping. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Karen was very patient in dealing with me and the family medical emergency. 5 Stars.
We had a wonderful experience with Karen and her RV! This was our first time renting an RV, but Karen made the entire process a breeze. She sent us two short introduction videos at the beginning of the rental period, which helped us get acquainted with the RV. During our trip, we encountered an issue with the water heater and I reached out to Karen for assistance.
The pick up and walk thru was very fast and easy! Karen was very flexible with both the pick up and drop off! I would rent from her again! Motorhome was so easy to drive
