Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Gas tank must be refilled to level it was received, or pay additional fees.
- Waste tank (black and gray) must be emptied upon return of RV, or pay additional fee of $200.
- Fresh water tank is up to renters discretion, owner will not supply.
- Place all used towels and sheets into provided laundry bins.
- Must wash all used utensils and dishes. Can leave to dry in sink.
