Rony is VERY organized, helpful, available, and competent. He spent the necessary time on pickup to make sure I understood the RV functions, and made himself available for questions during our trip. He's made a number of mechanical additions including a super easy/clever way to store the sewer hose - you can't underestimate the benefit of that!
We had an amazing experience! The RV was in great condition with all the amenities we needed and communication with Rony was excellent! He answered my calls when I needed helped and guided me how to resolve minor issues.
We had a great trip and everything functioned as expected. We would use this RV again in the future. Communication was great as well.
