Sergio and his team did an awesome job. Their communication was on point and the family had a great time in the RV.

Worst of the 7 rentals we have done through RVShare. Communication was great, but thats where it ended. Picked up the RV wih only 1/2 tank of gas (which meant I had to make an unscheduled stop to fill). Grey tank sensor shows 2/3 full so we had to pay for a honey wagon to come drain the tank unnecissarily when it was misreading as full.
So sorry, David! Yes, we only gave you 1/2 a tank but we didn't expect you to come back with it more than half. We have been short staffed recently so we have been rushing around like crazy - so sorry! Our grey & black always malfunction because there is usually something small stuck on the sensor (very common with a lot of RVs).
Awesome first time experience. Karen and Sergio were very informative, everything worked great and the trip went without a hitch! Will be renting from them again.
First time renting an rv and was not satisfied
There was a leak in the shower - so sorry! These things happen during trips without us knowing and is beyond us to fix it unless you tell us while you are on your trip. Unfortunately, you only told us after you came back. We could have easily sent a mobile mechanic to your campsite to come fix it for you. This has issue has been fixed.
This RV ran great everything worked fine, me and the family had a great time, thenk you guys again.
