Michael really came through for us! I had originally booked a different RV, but less than a week before our scheduled pickup date I was notified that the RV had a mechanical issue and would no longer be an option for us. I was really in a pinch when I contacted Michael. He responded immediately and we took care of the booking process within an hour.
