We had a great experience renting Kent’s RV for 6 nights, it was just perfect for our young family of 5. All super smooth.
Very enjoyable RV experience. Pickup and drop-off were easy, and owner communicated instructions very well. The RV drove well and had the amenities we needed. We had one issue, but it was one that nobody could have foreseen or prevented. We were in contact with the owner and able to back on the road the next day. Thank you for a great week.
The RV itself is older and most things worked, but there were some major issues. Frist of all the battery would not charge and the experience I had on the freeway was scary. The ABS came on and then the transmission reacted erratically . I had the battery replaced but the battery terminals are shot and need to be replaced. Going on vacation with a defect RV is not fun.
We learned that one of the rear tires had a flat when we were packing to leave our campground. We called RVShare roadside assistance number and they got a town truck to us in good time. The tow truck driver learned that the spare had a bad valve and was flat.
Kent was so easy to communicate with and even met us a day early when we had to work mr our vacation early due to a family emergency.
Kent and the RV were great!
