Sean does not speak English at all. When picking up the RV, you cannot understand anything he says. I tried to confirm a few details with him regarding the reservation which he ended up charging me for afterwards. The RV has 0 amenities, and did not look like how it does in the pictures.
Sean was a very good guy and any question i had he responded very quickly. We had a couple issues and he took very good care of us. The rv has been used alot but he takes pretty good care of it
This RV did not look like it does in the pictures. It needs a good wash and wax. The interior needs to be cleaned and there are repairs that need to be done. The outside light doesnt work, the outside outlets didnt work. The inside of the fridge was rusty and when we turned the water on the bathroom leaked by the outside door. The RV runs good and did its job, but needs alot of TLC.
The AC filters needed cleaning and the AC itself needed cleaning. Consequently the AC did not work as well as we needed in 120o temperatures. Overall, Sean was very willing to work with us when we made changes to pick-up and delivery.. This was the first time we rented a motor home and not quite what we expected.
This was our first RV trip, and I asked him especially what should I bring, and he said just bring your beddings and phone charger. but RV has nothing, so, If you going to rent this RV, bring everything you need like utensils, pans, etc. RV also doesnt have any tool set. so, if you want to be on the safe side, bring a tool set. and the water hose is only 6 feet, and sewer hose is only 10 feet.
Sean was great and made the whole process very easy. He explained everything well and was very flexible with pickup/ drop-off. I had a few questions during the rental and he was very quick to answer them. Thanks!
