Thomas was great on pick-up and return experience. It was nice that we were able to use his towing accessories. The heater meant to look like a fireplace was a nice feature that kept us warm. It was our first time towing a trailer and we were really happy with the overall experience.
Great trailer, will definitely rent again. Thomas was very accommodating with the pick-up and drop-off times.
My family truly enjoyed the travel trailer provided by Thomas and his easy going manner in which he orientated myself on all the functions of the trailer were simple and easy to understand. Everything worked properly on the trailer from the air conditioning to the gas stove and refrigerator.
We had an awesome Experience with Tom, he is always available to text or talk over the phone with assistance in setting up the Trailer. He is extremely informative when you pick up the trailer, he even reminds you to take before and after pictures of the trailer. He is very friendly.
This was our first time renting an RV. We really enjoyed this RV experience. Thomas was very pleasant and helpful with the questions we had . He responded very quick while we were at our campsite with additional questions.
We had a great experience renting this Travel companion, it had a lot of positives, all utilities were in its place, hoses, tools, the small kitchenette was stocked and the slide out and awning were great!
