This one is extremely practical with a Queen bed in the front w/privacy curtain). Large full kitchen in center with wrap around large family table in slide out (table area can sleep our 3 children comfortably) bathroom & bunk room in back. Bottom bunk folds up for storage (bikes or other items can be directly put in from back door.
