Great first RV experience and Martin and his wife were very clear and helpful
Great experience all the way around. Communication with Martin was excellent and easy. Flexible pickup and drop off was key with two small children. Highly recommend this model RV if you've never drivin a big vehicle, the smaller Sprinter chassis makes it feel like you are driving a mini van.
Absolutely no problems at all with this rental. The RV was exactly as advertised, clean, well-equipped, and everything worked perfectly. Vivian did our check-out and check-in, and she was fantastic. Would definitely rent from them again.
Drive very good, great mileages, well maintained. It was a great experience overall. Would definitely recommend this RV. Matin was very helpful!
The RV was very small and a very basic model for the price and being a Mercedez I expected a high-quality RV I used to own an RV and it was much nicer. The RV did not have nice silverware , glasses, or plates many utensils needed to cook we didn't have for example large spoons ro serve or a sharp knife to cut meat. The bathroom was so small and no handle to sit down.
