Welcome to my listing. Renting an RV is a great way to make memories with family and friends. I have many good times with my RV and am now offering it for rent so that you can start making memories of your own.
I am an avid traveler and understand the needs of my fellow traveler. Weather you are looking to just get away for a few days locally, or heading out on the long road trip, I am here to help make your adventure a great one.
This is a class C RV, which means that your regular drivers license is all that is needed to drive it. It really drives like a car, all be it is a long car, once you are on the road, it is very easy and comfortable going. The cab has really soft lamb skin leather seats to keep the driver comfortable for any length trip.
This RV has a full kitchen with hot/cold running water, Microwave, propane 3-burner stove top, a full oven, Fridge and freezer. It comes with your basic cooking needs covered: including pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, crock-pot and misc other items that will help you along the way.
There is plenty of room for sleeping with the 4 bunks in back, a queen size bed in the "cab over" area. a folding sofa that turns into almost a full size bed, and the dinette converts into another sleeping area as well. Giving you space for up to 10 people to sleep.
I just put in new vinyl wood flooring which looks great and will help to make cleaning the RV a breeze.
This RV has a standard F-450 engine with super low miles so you can hit the road with confidence.
I am available to answer any questions or concerns that you have.
Pros: Tom is a lovely, easygoing guy who responds quickly and has a passion for his vehicle. This was my first time renting or driving an RV, but he put me at ease during our very thorough walkthrough. Also, days before we left I found out I wouldn't be able to get the RV back until 9pm instead of 9am. Tom didn't charge us for the extra 12 hours, which was just lovely of him. Finally, this is one of the more reasonably priced RVs I found on RVshare.
Cons: None of the beds come with any pillows or bedding -- we ended up having to buy a bunch of full and twin sheet sets which we hadn't budgeted for. Also, the kitchen wasn't what we were expecting -- there's no coffee maker, toaster, or crockpot as advertised, nor is there any silverware or kitchen basics like salt or pepper. Perhaps most inconveniently, the auxiliary battery didn't work. We had to run the generator at all times, which made sitting outside unpleasant with all the fumes. None of the campsites allowed generators past 10pm, so sitting outside with no lights and trying to find things in the dark RV were pretty irritating. Finally, the transmission was buggy -- for a full day we couldn't shift into the fastest gear, turning a 7.5 hour drive into a 10 hour drive.
Tom is a very nice, easy going guy. It was a pleasure to use his RV. This was our first time renting and he made the process very reassuring and comforting.
Tom has been very supportive and flexible.
Nice guy. Dropped the RV off at my house on my pick up day and gave me a ride home when I dropped it off. The RV itseld has some bumps and bruises but everything is funtional and comfortable. It drives and tows nicely.
Owner Tom communicates well and process of rental was easy. Great value for this RV. We had 5 kids and 1 infant for our trip to Mammoth and the RV served its purpose very well. If you're looking for a deal this is it. Older model RV, but everything works. Thanks Tom.
The unit was as advertised and worked out for what we needed. I used it for extra bed space while having many family members over for a big event.
Had Great time traveling to Glacier National Park! Owner was very responsive in answering any questions. RV delivered exceptional value for the amount of days and miles we accumulated on this trip. Will rent again in a heart beat!
