Taking in a motocross race (or several!) is an exciting way to spend a weekend! Watch as daredevils jump, turn, spin, and generally have a great time out there on the dirt. Whether this is your first time at the races, or this is a family tradition, you’re definitely going to make some memories out in the sun and fresh air on a beautiful weekend.
There are quite a few amenities at the Fox Raceway! There’s a brand-new covered patio area, the first “Jeff Emig’s Learn to Moto” center, and a retail store. There is also a First Aid station, security, and a Lost & Found. Pets are allowed as long as they stay on a leash in the camping area or amateur pits.

The Fox Raceway National full schedule can be found here.
After the closure of the Carlsbad Raceway, motocross racing moved out of San Diego for several decades, finally returning with the opening of the Pala track. The Pala Band of Mission Indians are wonderful motocross supporters and partners for this race.
RV camping is a great way to experience a motocross event! There is dry camping available at the Fox Raceway, so you can watch the races and still head back to your RV anytime to grab a snack or take a nap or just have a break for a bit. You can choose between Fan Camping and Preferred Camping, which is closer to the track. Find out more information about camping at Fox Raceway here.
You can also camp nearby:
