HOW TO GET THERE

You can easily travel to the Meadow Event Park from several major cities. This park is 20 miles north of Richmond and 75 miles south of Washington, D.C. From I-95, take Exit 98 and follow it for 1.5 miles east to Route 30. The main entrance of Meadow Event Park is on the left. Follow the signs to the State Fair. There are alternate routes to the grounds. You can take U.S. Route 301 to State Route 30 for 3 miles. The main entrance of the complex will be on your right. U.S. Route 1 is another easy way to get to Meadow Event Park. You want to take U.S. Route 1 to State Route 30 and travel 2 miles. The main entrance is on your left.

PARKING

You can purchase premium parking that is close to the grounds near Gate 2 by the Farm Bureau Center. This premium lot is paved and closer to all the fun and attractions. However, you need to purchase the tickets in advance. Admission is also not included in the parking price. For those who want parking on-site, you can pay at the gate. General admission for adults and children over 13 is $13.50 online or $16 at the gate. General admission for seniors is $14.
