Black Rock Canyon Campground is located within Joshua Tree tiol Park. It’s just outside of Yucca Valley, and it’s about 15 minutes away from Palm Springs. If you keep a watchful eye, you might be able to spot a desert tortoise among the Joshua trees.
If you’re in the area to see Joshua Tree tiol Park, Black Rock Canyon Campground is the best place to stay. It’s close to civilization, but it also feels remote. At night, the stars over the park are absolutely beautiful.
“Roads going through camp could sure stand to be replaced. But otherwise very beautiful setting. A little noisy from the group camp church people banging their drums and playing guitar while we tried to sleep. Crazy wind storm at night too.” – Kelly, Google Review
