Of all the RV parks around Edison, Liberty Harbor RV Park is closest to New York City. Located in Jersey City, it is only a 15-minute drive away. Most of the benefits of this park are related to its location in connection with New York City as the park boasts of offering an urban RV experience.
This urban RV park gives visitors easier access to New York City than most other RV campgrounds near Edison. Busses drive regularly at the front of the park’s office that is across the street from Liberty Harbor where you can catch a ferry. The park’s office gives discounts to many of these sites, including reduced prices on Broadway shows.

It includes part of a 150-mile hiking trail and offers opportunities for all summer and autumn recreational activities. Fishing is especially popular here with 29 species of fish.
The camping area of Spruce Run is considered among the cleanest of all the RV parks in the Edison, NJ area. With the nearly constant presence of lifeguards, it’s a great place for kids to swim, and there are many other activities for kids as well.

Pine Cone Resort is located in a secluded area full of tranquility and space. The wooded campground is open year-round and offers an exceedingly comfortable camping experience. Many campsites are available, but each has enough space between, so it easy to avoid large crowds.
This is a great spot for a quiet family camping trip with a more luxurious feel than is usually associated with camping. The facilities are extraordinarily clean and tranquil.
