Since we did not pick up or drop off but they did i rated that highly.The camper was dropped off and picked up at a campground for our daughters wedding.They were great and even dropped it off a night early so we had it first thing in the morning.The bathroom smelled like sulfur a bit at first but that got better after a few hours.
Trailer is in excellent condition and very clean.

Jessica was great to rent from, I had no problems, and she check in with me during the stay to make sure everything was good. She delivered, setup and picked up the trailer on time. She was a pleasure to work with. I will be looking her up the next time I rent.
