The park lies within 3.5 miles southeast of Andover, Ohio, and just 19 miles south of Jefferson. Pymatuning Reservoir is the largest lake in Pennsylvania; you can catch largemouth bass, channel catfish, carp, and smallmouth bass there. The lake freezes over during the winter, making it ideal for ice fishing and ice skating. Starting at US-6 East in Andover, head southeast on US-6 and then turn left onto OH-7 South, also known as South Main Street. You take a left onto Gibbs Road, and after 1.5 miles, you'll come to Pymatuning Lake Road. Make a right and follow Pymatuning Lake Road to the state park.
