The campground at Lewis and Clark Caverns State Park has a few amenities like water and electrical hookups. The sites are designated as either pull-through or back-in locations. Along with that, there are cabins and primitive sites available to rent. Most of the sites can accommodate rigs up to 36 feet in length. However, some can fit RVs up to 50 feet in length. If you have a furry friend, this campground is a pet-friendly location. The campground is close to the visitor center, picnic areas, and amphitheater. Remember that the water is disconnected from October 1 to April 30. During that time, you will not have access to showers, drinking water, flushable toilets, or dump facilities.

To reach Lewis and Clark Caverns State Park from Helena, start heading south on Interstate 15, and merge onto I-15 S. After approximately 50 miles, take Exit 160 toward Whitehall, and turn left onto MT-2 E. Continue through Whitehall, following MT-2 E until you see signs leading to Lewis and Clark Caverns State Park.
