Trailer was delivered full of waste, grey and galley water with no fresh water filled (even though it was purchased.) I tried to confirm solar multiple times, with only one response that solar was on the trailer and working. After an extremely late delivery, it was noted that solar was not working (a generator was provided as backup but could not be used often as we were at a horse campsite.
We’re sorry the rental experience did not meet expectations. Upon being notified about the tank issue, we immediately offered to return and empty the tanks, but the offer was declined. We were unaware the tanks had filled to that level prior to delivery, which is what caused the water backup and mud residue in the shower.
My trailer rental with Jasmin was easy and convenient. She was very responsive and helpful with any changes we needed. She was flexible with the drop off and pick up. The trailer was clean, filled with water, and fully charged upon drop off. We had no issues all weekend and it made our trip very enjoyable.
